What is your position on smoke-free Michigan or smoke-free Oakland County (depending on office sought)?

No smoking in public places, restaurants and public spots. I'm in favor of a smoke free environment.

What is your position on the medical marijuana ballot initiative?

Unfortunately it becomes easier for distribution when you legalize it for medical purposes, therefore I am against it.

How would you address the issue of underage drinking?

Education, counseling, law enforcement, fines as well as public service projects for offenders.

What is your position on using liquor license revenue as a way to generate additional revenue for the state and local municipalities?

Increase license fees to discourage easy access.

What have you done to support substance abuse prevention in your community?

I was a support group counselor for children of alcoholics. I was a member of Families in Action. I was a SADD advisor. I haven't had alcohol since December 3, 2003.
